Ever since we started using chatter at m5.net, I’ve been searching for the killer app. I discovered it – persistence. If you keep working on it, people will get used to using Chatter and it will take on a momentum all its own.
That said, I am zeroing in on knowledge management as THE application that will really drive adoption of Chatter which will really improve adoption of Salesforce which will actually produce the business impact we are looking for in terms of better sales and service.
Anyhoo, here are some good add-ons. I am going to try the RSS feed and invitations.
